01What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. We treat them all the same in this policy.
02The cookies we use
We keep this list short on purpose. Letiva does not use advertising cookies, and we do not let third parties track you across other sites.

03Listing statistics
When you view or share a listing, we record that event so landlords can see how their listing performs. This is measured on our own servers and does not use a tracking cookie or identify you to the landlord.
04Maps and place search
Place search uses Google Maps Platform, called from our servers rather than your browser. Map images on listings and search results are loaded from OpenStreetMap and CARTO. These providers receive your IP address to deliver the map images, but we do not ask them to set cookies.
05Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to stay signed in. For more on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy, or email hello@letiva.uk.
